Torchlight Tourney Arena

An Elite ExSpamaganza!
"A Six Course Spam Tasting" enjoyed while watching the Torchlight Tourney.
There will be 20 tickets sold for the delectable sampling of spam in ways you could never imagine. The $20 tickets will be open in pre-registration with any remaining afterwards be made available as first come/first served at gate.

Course 1
Amuse bouche - (one bite tasting) Spam cube cooked table side via butter tealight in roll with golden Spartan dipping sauce.
Course 2
Salad - Mixed green salad with dried cranberries, crisp dehydrated bacon spam bits, freeze dried sproutons (spam croutons) and an apple cider vinaigrette.
Course 3
Spamadilla appetizer - Quesadilla with flour tortilla, jalapeno, spam and a blend of cheeses.
Course 4
Taste of Asia - Asian spam 2 ways: Korean BBQ cutlets and Teriyaki filet with a side of kimchi and an Asian slaw.
Course 5
Taste of the Season - Turkey spam cutlet on a bed of cranberry garnish, topped with stuffing and gravy.
Course 6
Maple spam ice cream served under a cloud of maple cotton candy and topped with spam sprinkles.

Dessert platter of fruits (dried and fresh) and Donnershafen shortbread cookies
